THE READING
CYCLE

and REPEATING SYSTEM

  • The client's order will officially be placed into the Reading Queue based on the chosen service type and the established schedule. Each reading requires dedicated time and meticulous attention; we kindly ask that you allow the process to unfold naturally.
  • The reader conducts the card reading independently, meaning the shuffling process is performed directly by the reader without the client's physical or virtual presence.
  • Question-Based Reading: Completed within 24 hours.
  • Package Reading: Completed within 3–7 business days.
  • Interactive Reading: A live Q&A session via chat with the reader, available as long as there is time remaining.
  • Rush Reading Option (Accelerated Cycle): If you need your results sooner, a Rush Option is available to prioritize your reading.

    For Package or PDF Readings, there is an additional fee of +IDR 25,000 per 1-2 menus (applies incrementally; e.g., 3-4 menus will cost IDR 50,000, and so on).

    For Question-Based Readings, your reading will be prioritized and delivered within a maximum of 12 hours.
  • Upon completion of the reading, the insights will be thoroughly synthesized and delivered as a PDF file through the previously agreed-upon platform (Chat Room or Google Docs).
  • Because the Package Reading operates on a Semi-Interactive model, you will not be left to process the insights alone after receiving your PDF. The client and reader may engage in a follow-up discussion and a Q&A session regarding the contents of the reading.
  • Discussion Rules: Clients may ask a maximum of 2 questions, provided the discussion can be addressed without drawing or shuffling new cards.
  • Additional Discussion Option: If the flow of the discussion requires drawing new cards beyond the contents of the initial PDF, an additional fee of +IDR 10,000 per 10 minutes will apply.
